Besim Lutolli was born on 13.09.1968 in Pristina, Kosovo.
He has finished Art Academy - Painting and Graphics in Pristina.

Besim Lutolli's paintings are being held at many art collectors in France, Japan, US, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, England etc.
